All customers benefiting from our services are deemed to have accepted the following general terms.
This site is for promotional purposes; for binding contracts, dchost.com/terms is valid.
1. Scope of Service
VPS resources are allocated by virtualization on shared physical infrastructure. Sunucu Platformu provides physical hardware maintenance and data center security.
2. Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the content hosted on their server. Service is suspended upon detection of copyright infringement, spam, malware or illegal content.
3. Billing and Payment
All packages are prepaid. The NET30 discount code reduces the invoice by 30% but does not change the due date. Service may be suspended for payments delayed by 7 days.
4. Cancellation and Refund
There is a 7-day satisfaction refund process for new orders. No refund is made in cases of abuse violation or non-contractual use.
5. Support Process
Support is provided only to designated authorized persons. Our support limit includes operating system, network and panel level issues; application code is not interfered with.
